Franchising：

In the greater China region, we would select 20 genuine enterprise partners to work with; The standard franchising cost would be one million RMB for provincial or first tier city franchisee, half million RMB for city franchisee.  

The Franchisee’s rights and obligations:

Use of APAC Synergy as signage;

APAC Synergy would provide management and administration;

APAC Synergy would provide training and tutoring;

Minimum 5 times on site support per annual;

Franchisee have the priority for shares allocation when IPO offers;
Common share of risks and benefits;
